Original job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Experience Partner based in the United States.
As a Talent Acquisition & Experience Partner, you will play a key role in attracting, hiring, and engaging exceptional talent while creating a seamless transition from candidate to employee. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify talent needs and deliver effective hiring strategies. Beyond recruitment, you will contribute to onboarding initiatives and employee experience programs that foster connection, belonging, and engagement. You will help build efficient, scalable recruitment processes by leveraging technology, automation, and AI responsibly. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced People team, you will have the opportunity to shape the candidate and employee journey while making a meaningful impact on organizational growth. This remote position offers the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with teams across different functions.
Accountabilities:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple business functions, from role intake and candidate sourcing to interviews, offers, and acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, establish interview plans, clarify expectations, and identify success criteria for each position.
- Proactively source, attract, and engage qualified candidates while developing talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Guide hiring teams through candidate assessments, feedback collection, and selection decisions, ensuring a consistent and thoughtful recruitment process.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, personalized interactions, and effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with the People team and hiring managers on compensation alignment, prepare approved offer letters, and manage offer discussions.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and leverage recruitment data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Optimize ATS capabilities by refining workflows, automations, templates, interview scorecards, and reporting processes.
- Explore and implement responsible AI and automation solutions for sourcing, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling while maintaining human oversight of hiring decisions.
- Support employer branding initiatives through engaging job postings, candidate communications, and content showcasing the employee experience.
- Manage the preboarding process from offer acceptance through the first week, ensuring new hires feel informed, prepared, and connected.
- Coordinate onboarding activities with People Operations, IT, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and organized transition.
- Facilitate Day One and Week One welcome sessions, introducing new employees to the organization's culture, values, resources, and ways of working.
- Support managers in developing structured onboarding plans that provide new hires with clarity, direction, and early connections.
- Conduct Week One and 30-day check-ins, gather feedback from new employees, and share recommendations to continuously improve onboarding.
- Contribute to employee experience initiatives focused on engagement, recognition, connection, and belonging.
- Help organize employee events, culture-building activities, and engagement opportunities for remote and office-based teams.
- Support internal communications to ensure employees are informed about and engaged in company initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, ideally within a technology company or a growing organization.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and deliver a positive, personalized candidate experience.
- Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills, with experience managing recruitment processes through an applicant tracking system (ATS). Experience with Ashby is an advantage.
- Ability to balance urgent hiring needs with structured, consistent, and thoughtful candidate evaluation processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an approachable and collaborative style.
- Confidence in facilitating onboarding sessions, welcome presentations, and small-group activities.
- Genuine interest in onboarding, company culture, employee engagement, and broader employee experience initiatives.
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion when managing confidential candidate and employee information.
- Curiosity about recruitment technology, automation, and AI, including hands-on experience exploring how these tools can improve efficiency and candidate engagement.
- Ability to recognize where technology adds value while preserving the importance of human judgment and personal interaction throughout the hiring process.
- Adaptability, initiative, and a proactive mindset suited to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
- Willingness to travel periodically as required.
Benefits:
- Competitive annual base salary: $105,000–$115,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Quarterly performance bonus: Eligible for a performance bonus targeted at 10% of base salary, with payouts tied to established performance goals.
- Remote work flexibility: Fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
- Meaningful impact: Opportunity to shape recruitment strategies, onboarding experiences, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Professional growth: Exposure to innovative recruitment technologies, AI-powered tools, and scalable People processes.
- Collaborative environment: Work closely with leadership, hiring managers, and People team members across the organization.
