- Contribute to team performance assessments and provide guidance to improve individual and collective technical capabilities.
- Diagnose and resolve complex application and integration issues, ensuring system reliability, performance, and functionality.
- Ensure applications comply with applicable security requirements, federal project standards, and established governance policies.
- Support deployment planning, release management, and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery of Power Platform solutions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated senior-level experience in Microsoft Power Platform development, particularly in designing and implementing enterprise solutions.
- Advanced hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Apps, including model-driven application development and customization.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, configuration, and application integration.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex workflows and automation solutions using Power Automate.
- Experience serving as a technical lead on Power Platform projects, with the ability to oversee development activities, establish standards, and guide technical decisions.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, source control, code reviews, branching strategies, and release management.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and ensuring application security, compliance, and development quality.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver reliable, scalable enterprise applications.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with project managers, business stakeholders, and multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience supporting junior developers and promoting coding best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.
- Required certification: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Additional certifications are preferred, including Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900 or higher), Power Platform App Maker Associate, and Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
- Must hold an active Public Trust Clearance to support the federal client project.
- Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Employment visa sponsorship, including H-1B, OPT, CPT, or other work visas, is not available now or in the future.
