• Shape the strategic three-year and annual 12-month Price-Pack Architecture (PPA) pipeline.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Demand Creation, Channel Development, and Sales teams to identify product and PPA opportunities.
• Guide priority initiatives through governance processes, from strategic briefing and commercial alignment to implementation.
• Build cross-functional consensus on project priorities, resource allocation, and cost-benefit trade-offs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the commercial, operational, and financial aspects of the business.
• Assess customers, competitors, market trends, and broader business conditions to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic implications.
• Support decisions that contribute to sales growth, income, profitability, and market share.
Requirements:
• MBA preferred; relevant internal experience may be considered in place of an MBA.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and a holistic general-management mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects effectively across functions.
• Proven accountability for business results, including sales, income, and profitability.
• Experience communicating and building relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior management.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Previous profit and loss (P&L) exposure is an advantage.
• Experience with IRI/Circana data and insights is a plus.
Benefits:
• Salary: Anticipated annual base salary of $108,840–$136,050, depending on experience, skills, education, training, and other job-related factors.
• Performance incentives: Eligibility for annual, performance-based incentive opportunities.
• Health and wellbeing: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with physical and mental wellness programs, beginning on the first day of employment.
• Financial security: 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
• Time off: Paid time off and company holidays.
• Work flexibility: Flexible working arrangements where applicable; the role is remote-eligible, with Hershey, Pennsylvania, preferred as the work location.
• Career development: Learning opportunities, career development programs, and potential internal mobility.
• Benefits and eligibility may vary depending on role and location.
