Original job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in the United States.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of a data-driven product experience within an innovative SaaS environment. In this role, you will own the strategy and development of analytics, reporting, and AI-powered capabilities that help small businesses better understand and manage their operations. You will shape the data foundation that powers meaningful insights, ensuring information is reliable, accessible, and actionable. You will also drive the evolution of an AI-powered conversational experience, bringing together dashboards, reports, and intelligent chat into one seamless platform. Working closely with engineering teams and product leadership, you will have significant ownership over the roadmap and the opportunity to influence product direction. This is an exciting opportunity to combine product strategy, data, and AI innovation to deliver measurable value to customers. Accountabilities

  • Own the product strategy and data foundation, defining how customer information is collected, structured, standardized, and maintained to ensure accuracy and reliability across analytics and AI-powered experiences.
  • Lead the roadmap, development, and rollout of an AI-powered conversational product, making it easier for customers to access meaningful answers and insights about their businesses.
  • Drive the evolution of the analytics and reporting experience, connecting dashboards, reports, and AI chat into a cohesive and intuitive product ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with product leadership to translate strategic objectives into clear priorities and actionable roadmaps, demonstrating independence and sound judgment in new or ambiguous areas.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers' business operations and identify valuable insights, metrics, and opportunities that can help them make better decisions.
  • Work closely with dedicated cross-functional engineering teams to deliver impactful product improvements and ensure successful execution.
  • Define and monitor success metrics, focusing on measurable customer and business outcomes rather than simply delivering features.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve data quality, product usability, and the overall value delivered through analytics and AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of product management experience within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to launch and manage product features that generate meaningful value for customers and measurable business results.
  • Strong ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and make progress in unfamiliar or complex product areas.
  • Excellent business analysis skills, with the ability to understand business models and translate high-level objectives into measurable metrics and actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and technical capabilities, including the ability to identify non-obvious patterns and opportunities within complex datasets.
  • Solid understanding of business performance metrics and the ability to connect high-level business objectives with operational indicators.
  • Deep curiosity, customer empathy, and a strong commitment to understanding user needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: Experience working with analytics platforms, data modeling, or building AI-powered conversational products and AI platforms.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: Annual base salary ranging from $170,000 to $200,000 USD for US-based candidates.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, with multiple plan options.
  • Additional healthcare and financial wellness options, including HSA/FSA accounts, disability insurance, and life insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Unlimited paid time off to support work-life balance.
  • Paid company holidays and a company-wide winter break from December 24 to January 1.
  • Career development opportunities through personalized development conversations.
  • Access to tools, courses, and learning resources to support professional growth.
  • A collaborative, supportive, and innovative remote working environment.
  • The opportunity to contribute to a growing SaaS platform serving businesses across North America.
  • Work authorization: Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization.
