Join a globally distributed, remote-first team focused on helping businesses prevent online fraud through advanced device intelligence technology. As Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will own performance strategy, campaign execution, optimization, and analytics across paid media and related marketing channels. You will drive measurable business growth by connecting marketing investments to qualified sales opportunities, pipeline, and recurring revenue. Partnering with Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), SEO, and Revenue Operations, you will scale campaigns and strengthen attribution. This role combines hands-on channel expertise, strategic experimentation, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You will also help shape team performance and build scalable marketing programs with meaningful revenue impact.

Accountabilities:

• Own and manage paid advertising across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, YouTube, X, and other relevant channels, with a focus on enterprise brand awareness and pipeline generation.

• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, ABM, and SEO teams to align campaign strategy, optimize performance, and improve incremental impact.

• Report regularly to marketing leadership and stakeholders on budget attainment, campaign performance, and return on investment.

• Partner with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to improve campaign attribution, tracking, data quality, and reporting accuracy across systems.

• Establish daily campaign optimization practices to improve key performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Conduct weekly performance reviews to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable optimization insights.

• Develop comprehensive revenue attribution reporting, including ABM attribution using platform APIs.

• Monitor campaign budgets and pacing, ensure efficient allocation across channels, and communicate performance updates to stakeholders.

• Identify new advertising platforms, audience segments, and creative formats to expand reach and improve performance.

• Develop a monthly experimentation roadmap and coordinate execution with relevant functional owners.

• Own the email marketing program, including ad hoc communications and nurture campaign development.

• Manage and develop a small team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

• Translate marketing performance data into business recommendations focused on pipeline, sales-qualified opportunities (SQOs), and recurring revenue.

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing within a B2B SaaS company or agency environment.

• Demonstrated success managing annual paid media budgets of $1 million or more and delivering measurable ROI.

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

• Experience collaborating with RevOps and marketing operations teams to maintain accurate campaign data, tracking, and reporting.

• Strong knowledge of campaign experimentation, A/B testing, performance optimization, and full-funnel marketing.

• Experience with account-based paid media strategies and aligning marketing campaigns with sales priorities.

• Proven ability to manage and develop a small team, promoting accountability, collaboration, and strong performance.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Vector, Salesforce, and Sigma is preferred.

• Strong quality assurance skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional coordination abilities.

• Strong creative instincts and experience partnering with design and content teams to test messaging, formats, and audience engagement.

• Ability to interpret performance data and connect marketing metrics to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes.

• Proficiency with macOS and comfort working remotely with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
