You will also leverage AI-powered tools, automation, and advanced analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who enjoys building solutions, influencing strategy, and shaping the future of growth operations.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the architecture and optimization of the go-to-market technology stack, ensuring seamless integration between platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Hightouch, and BigQuery.
- Design scalable data models, integration frameworks, and governance standards, including naming conventions, documentation, monitoring, and quality controls.
- Build reusable marketing and growth workflows in collaboration with Growth, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and Business Development teams, including lead lifecycle management, routing, and automated handoffs.
- Own the architecture of account and contact data models, scoring frameworks, intent signals, and enrichment systems to ensure reliable and actionable CRM data.
- Partner with Data teams to develop and improve predictive models, supporting accurate targeting, prioritization, and growth strategies.
- Develop and implement AI-powered agents and LLM-driven workflows for research, data enrichment, automation, and operational orchestration.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and establish best practices and adoption standards across the operations team.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Data teams to strengthen attribution, predictive measurement, and performance reporting through tools such as Omni and BigQuery.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, data gaps, and potential business risks, translating insights into actionable improvements and communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance, mentor colleagues, and review operational solutions to ensure consistency, scalability, and high-quality execution.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or infrastructure technology environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and mentoring team members in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
- Advanced expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as lead routing solutions such as LeanData or equivalent tools.
- Strong technical specialization in one or more areas of the marketing technology stack, with the ability to design and manage complex integrations and scalable architectures.
- Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with data modeling in cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, including the ability to develop production-quality scripts and integrations using REST APIs.
- Experience designing and managing lead scoring, intent data, and enrichment systems, with a solid understanding of predictive modeling concepts and evaluation methods.
- A strong AI-oriented mindset, with practical experience building agents, automations, and workflows using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Clay.
- Ability to independently scope projects, evaluate technical options and trade-offs, build solutions, and deliver results without relying exclusively on traditional development backlogs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence teams across multiple business functions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting product-led growth or developer-focused go-to-market strategies alongside enterprise sales.
- Familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation frameworks.
- Experience developing internal tools and custom solutions beyond standard integrations between existing platforms.
- Background building Account-Based Marketing (ABM) infrastructure, including intent data capabilities and account-level performance reporting.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to explore new technologies and continuously improve existing processes.
