• Contribute clinical and informatics expertise to business development activities and proposal preparation.
• Represent the organization at industry meetings, conferences, and standards community events.
• Provide constructive feedback and quality reviews of deliverables produced by colleagues and junior team members.
Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in quality measurement, clinical operations, interoperability, health data standards, health IT, clinical data, digital quality measurement, analytics, or related fields.
• Clinical or operational experience within healthcare organizations, particularly in quality, patient safety, care management, EHR optimization, or analytics.
• Experience with electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs) and digital quality measures is preferred.
• Familiarity with MADiE, VSAC, or comparable tools for digital quality measure authoring, testing, and validation.
• Experience configuring or optimizing EHR, LIS, AIMS, or other clinical information systems is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of how EHR vendor implementations, clinical workflows, data structures, terminology, and interoperability capabilities affect digital quality measurement and data exchange.
• Demonstrated expertise in eCQM implementation, clinical decision support, clinical analytics, quality improvement, EHR optimization, and relevant informatics standards.
• Knowledge of standards such as QDM, CQL, FHIR, and QRDA; FHIR experience and the ability to map local clinical concepts to standardized code systems are preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing clinical decision support, eCQMs, or analytics solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience facilitating multi-stakeholder meetings and presenting to large groups.
• Strong collaboration and consensus-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and clinical disciplines.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and quickly learn complex concepts.
