As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential pharmacy partners across local and regional markets. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building relationships with pharmacy owners and key decision-makers, and creating new sales opportunities. Through strategic, research-driven outreach, you will help prospective partners understand the value of innovative, technology-driven pharmacy solutions. Working closely with Account Executives, you will coordinate product demonstrations and support the development of a strong sales pipeline. You will also collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize prospecting strategies and improve engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to grow their career in the SaaS and healthcare technology sectors while contributing to a more accessible and efficient patient experience.

Accountabilities:

  • Conduct strategic outbound prospecting through cold calls, personalized emails, and other outreach campaigns to identify and engage decision-makers at large pharmacy groups.
  • Research target accounts and use effective sales techniques, including relationship building, thoughtful questioning, and needs identification, to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with pharmacy owners and key stakeholders, communicating the value of innovative pharmacy technology solutions.
  • Schedule qualified product demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring prospects are informed, engaged, and prepared for the next steps in the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach messaging, prospecting strategies, and business development objectives.
  • Maintain accurate prospect records, document interactions, monitor lead progression, and update opportunity information within Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Analyze historical sales data, previously closed opportunities, conversation notes, and customer feedback to identify engagement patterns, potential obstacles, and promising opportunities.
  • Develop personalized, insight-driven prospecting strategies using pharmacy-specific information, including public reviews and customer sentiment, to strengthen outreach and improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in technology sales, preferably within the healthcare or SaaS industry.
  • Previous exposure to the healthcare technology ecosystem and an understanding of its commercial environment.
  • Strong interest in customer-facing sales activities, relationship development, and making a meaningful impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Strong research, prospecting, organization, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and communicate value effectively.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
  • A positive, collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an advantage.

Benefits:

  • Annual base salary: $42,000 USD.
  • Uncapped commission: Additional earning potential based on sales performance.
  • Remote work: Fully remote position available throughout the United States.
  • Career development: Opportunity to build and advance a career in SaaS sales and healthcare technology.
  • Growth environment: Join a dynamic, innovative, and expanding team.
  • Meaningful impact: Contribute to improving pharmacy operations and creating better patient experiences through technology.
