Original job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a RevOps Solutions Architect based in the United States.

We are seeking an experienced RevOps Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable technology solutions that help high-growth businesses optimize their revenue operations. In this role, you will lead client discovery, assess complex operational challenges, and translate business requirements into effective systems architectures and technology roadmaps. You will work across CRM platforms, data integrations, automation tools, and emerging AI technologies to create more connected and efficient go-to-market operations. Combining technical expertise with strategic advisory skills, you will guide clients through critical architecture decisions, balancing scalability, performance, and long-term value. You will also mentor multidisciplinary teams and help shape best practices for the evolving RevOps landscape. This is a fully remote opportunity within an experienced, collaborative consulting environment focused on measurable client outcomes. Accountabilities

You will serve as a technical and strategic authority throughout the design and delivery of Revenue Operations solutions, guiding both internal teams and clients from initial discovery through implementation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead client discovery and project scoping, identifying business needs, defining solution requirements, and ensuring accurate estimates before delivery begins.

• Design scalable architectures that connect go-to-market systems and support efficient revenue operations.

• Build and oversee integrations using custom code, APIs, and automation or iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Make, and n8n.

• Identify opportunities to apply AI and autonomous agents to RevOps workflows, developing solutions that transform GTM data into actionable insights and automate operational tasks.

• Determine when AI-driven automation is appropriate and when human oversight is necessary, ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and governance requirements.

• Diagnose fragmented systems, duplicated sources of truth, manual processes, inconsistent data, and inefficient handoffs, taking ownership of solutions through implementation.

• Design solutions for complex client workstreams and advise on whether to adopt existing technologies or develop custom tools.

• Present architecture recommendations, technical trade-offs, and design decisions clearly to client teams, including senior and executive stakeholders.

• Establish architecture principles, technical standards, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability.

• Coach and mentor consultants, developers, program managers, and analysts on solution design and technical delivery.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and AI developments, translating relevant trends into practical recommendations for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings extensive Revenue Operations or Business Systems experience, strong technical architecture capabilities, and the confidence to advise senior stakeholders. You should be comfortable navigating complex client environments, leading multidisciplinary teams, and taking ownership of solutions from diagnosis to successful delivery.

• At least 8 years of experience in one or more core disciplines, including Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Systems, with working knowledge across the others.

• Strong experience in systems architecture and administration across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or comparable solutions.

• Expertise in data modeling, systems integration, and designing connected technology ecosystems.

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, including the ability to determine when to use standard platform features, declarative automation, or custom code.

• Hands-on experience building integrations through custom development, APIs, and iPaaS or automation platforms such as Clay, Workato, Make, or n8n.

• A clear and practical perspective on how AI and autonomous agents can improve Revenue Operations, including sound judgment around automation, human oversight, data governance, personally identifiable information, and compliance.

• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders to uncover business requirements, diagnose operational challenges, and design scalable technical solutions.

• Experience advising clients on technology decisions, including evaluating whether to buy existing solutions or build custom capabilities.

• Demonstrated success diagnosing and resolving fragmented GTM systems, inconsistent data, duplicate records, and inefficient manual processes.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide internal and client teams and communicate confidently with executive audiences.

• Ability to explain complex technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working in lean, agile delivery environments, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Systems Architect certification.

• Progress toward either certification or a demonstrated commitment to developing advanced Salesforce architecture expertise.

Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $140,000–$160,000 USD annually, depending on experience, skills, level, and geographic location.

• Performance incentives: Tiered bonus program offering up to 22% of base salary.

• Fully remote work: Flexible working environment with no plans to move away from a remote-first model. Eligible locations include selected US states and countries in Latin America.

• Healthcare coverage: 100% of insurance premiums covered for US employees.

• Professional development: Dedicated investment in employee development and clearly defined career growth paths.

• Client exposure: Opportunities to work with multiple high-growth companies investing in their Revenue Operations capabilities.

• Experienced colleagues: Collaborate with skilled RevOps practitioners, many of whom have gone on to lead Revenue Operations and GTM teams.

• Annual team retreat: Company-wide annual gathering to celebrate achievements and plan for the year ahead.

• Collaborative culture: A high-ownership environment built around leadership, transparent communication, long-term thinking, customer focus, and mutual support.
