You will join a collaborative, remote working environment where reliability, communication, and precision are highly valued.

Accountabilities:

  • Verify that project costs are properly supported by relevant documentation and accurately aligned before customer invoices are prepared and issued.
  • Identify missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate information and coordinate with relevant team members to obtain clarification or resolve discrepancies.
  • Organize, maintain, and regularly update project files, financial records, and supporting documentation to ensure information remains accurate and accessible.
  • Create, update, and maintain tracking spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to support project controls and financial reporting activities.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Project Controller and support day-to-day project finance and documentation management tasks.
  • Collaborate with project controllers and other internal stakeholders to ensure administrative activities and documentation reviews are completed within established deadlines.
  • Assist with additional project control, financial administration, and documentation-related responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to accuracy when reviewing financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to maintain structured records and manage administrative priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to review, interpret, and organize detailed documentation while identifying missing information, inconsistencies, and potential discrepancies.
  • Strong administrative and data management skills, including experience maintaining spreadsheets, tracking records, and managing digital files.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate professionally with project teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative, fully remote team environment.
  • A positive, professional, dependable, and proactive attitude, with a willingness to support different administrative and project-related activities.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation: Hourly pay ranging from $26.59 to $46.54, depending on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
  • Part-time flexibility: Part-time employment with a remote working arrangement.
  • Healthcare coverage: Access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, subject to applicable plan eligibility.
  • Retirement savings: Access to a 401(k) retirement plan, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
  • Employee ownership: Participation in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), subject to plan terms.
  • Paid time off: Paid leave benefits in accordance with applicable company policies and eligibility.
  • Paid holidays: Access to company holidays, subject to applicable employment policies.
