Original job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager based in the United States.
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving customer engagement, product adoption, and revenue growth within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. This position combines customer marketing, demand generation, and campaign management to engage both existing customers and prospective buyers. You will take ownership of the end-to-end webinar and virtual events strategy while developing integrated lifecycle campaigns that generate measurable business results. Working closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product Marketing, you will create targeted experiences that encourage product expansion and attract new customers. This is an opportunity to shape scalable marketing programs, experiment with new approaches, and directly influence pipeline growth.
Accountabilities:
•
Own and manage the end-to-end webinar program, including topic development, speaker coordination, promotional campaigns, live production, post-event follow-up, and pipeline reporting.
•
Continuously optimize webinar performance by testing different formats, such as live sessions, on-demand content, webinar series, and customer panels, identifying successful approaches and scaling them.
•
Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns and events that encourage existing customers to discover additional products and drive cross-sell and expansion opportunities.
•
Define customer segmentation strategies based on product ownership, customer maturity, team size, and renewal stages to deliver relevant content, invitations, and calls to action.
•
Design and coordinate integrated campaigns targeting both prospects and existing customers, aligning audiences, messaging, offers, and timing with Demand Generation.
•
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including registrations, attendance, engagement, conversions, and sourced pipeline, using insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
•
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and alignment with business objectives.
•
Contribute to strategic marketing initiatives, operational improvements, and continuous learning across the team.
Requirements:
•
At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience in customer marketing, demand generation, campaign management, or a related field.
•
Proven experience managing webinar and virtual event programs from initial planning and promotion through execution, follow-up, and performance analysis.
•
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and webinar platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Zoom Webinars, or ON24.
•
Demonstrated ability to develop marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline, including customer expansion, cross-selling, and new customer acquisition.
•
Previous experience marketing B2B SaaS products, preferably within a technology-focused environment.
•
Strong understanding of campaign performance measurement, marketing analytics, and pipeline reporting.
•
Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality execution.
•
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
•
Adaptability and initiative, with the ability to manage evolving priorities, take ownership of shared objectives, and continuously improve marketing processes.
Nice to have:
•
Experience marketing technology products to IT professionals or other technical audiences.
•
Familiarity with lifecycle marketing strategies, customer segmentation, and product adoption campaigns.
•
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, particularly for campaign reporting, pipeline tracking, and attribution.
Benefits:
•
Competitive compensation package.
•
Four-day workweek.
•
Equity participation opportunities.
•
100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums for employees and their dependents.
•
100% employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, life, and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.
•
401(k) plan with company matching on the first 6% of employee contributions.
•
Flexible paid time off policy.
•
Health Savings Account (HSA) and wellness incentives.
•
Managers committed to supporting professional development and career growth.
•
