Original job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Event Coordinator based in the United States.

In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating and scaling a nationwide conference and event program designed to drive business growth and strengthen industry relationships. You will oversee the operational details that make successful events possible, from initial registration and booth logistics to sales team preparation and post-event reporting. Working closely with sales, operations, finance, and external event partners, you will ensure every event runs smoothly and delivers measurable value. You will help transform event activities into meaningful sales opportunities by keeping teams organized, informed, and equipped with the right data. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects in a fast-growing, remote-first environment. If you enjoy building efficient processes, solving logistical challenges, and seeing your work contribute directly to business growth, this role offers plenty of room to make an impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end logistics of the conference and trade show program, including event registration, booth reservations, travel arrangements, shipping, and promotional materials.
  • Act as the primary coordination point between conference organizers, sales representatives, Sales Operations, finance, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales teams for upcoming events by organizing agendas, event briefings, attendee information, and relevant industry insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to manage attendee lists, maintain accurate event data, and ensure all sales interactions are properly recorded in Salesforce.
  • Monitor event performance, expenses, and outcomes to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve standardized processes and playbooks to support the growth and scalability of the conference program.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks through technology, automation, and AI-powered tools.
  • Provide on-site support at selected conferences and trade shows, ensuring smooth execution and effective coordination.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 1–3+ years of professional experience in event coordination, event operations, sales operations, project coordination, or a related field. Relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to coordinate effectively with external organizers, vendors, sales representatives, and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and operational systems. Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools and automation to improve workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative and independently manage responsibilities.
  • Strong ownership and accountability, with a willingness to step in, solve problems, and ensure tasks are completed without waiting for direction.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment where priorities and processes may evolve quickly.
  • Experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), improving workflows, and creating repeatable processes is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally across the United States to support conferences and events in person.
  • Experience in the healthcare or software industries is beneficial but not required.
  • Genuine interest in contributing to initiatives that support healthcare professionals, strengthen communities, and improve access to essential care.

Benefits:

  • Compensation: Annual on-target earnings (OTE) of $60,000–$80,000, with additional bonus opportunities. Individual offers depend on relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, and geographic location.
  • Healthcare Coverage: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Remote Flexibility: Remote-first working environment, offering flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.
  • Travel Coverage: All travel, accommodation, and meal expenses are covered for business-related event travel.
  • Career Development: Opportunities to grow into more senior positions across operations, marketing, sales, and business strategy.
  • Ownership and Autonomy: Significant responsibility for managing and improving a nationwide conference program.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside talented, supportive colleagues in a fast-growing organization.
  • Professional Growth: Exposure to sales strategy, revenue generation, event marketing, and operational excellence.
