  • Support growth marketing and sales enablement initiatives by researching, writing, and developing content that communicates the value of products, services, and solutions across corporate, association, trade show, and live event markets.
  • Create and maintain marketing materials, including case studies, product overviews, email campaigns, capabilities presentations, and other sales support assets.
  • Collaborate with marketing designers to ensure consistency across internal and external communications and keep sales enablement resources relevant, accurate, and ready for new business and expansion opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a related professional field, preferably in project management involving services, marketing, creative development, or a comparable environment.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects, timelines, and deliverables in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong strategic storytelling, copywriting, editing, and content development skills, with the ability to translate complex business concepts into clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategic recommendations and facilitate productive team discussions.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with business events, corporate events, association markets, trade shows, live events, or related service-based industries is an advantage.
  • Understanding of business event solutions, service offerings, operational processes, and client engagement strategies is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence working with presentation development tools and digital collaboration platforms.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, encourage collaboration, create alignment, and take ownership of project outcomes.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset, combined with curiosity, creativity, attention to detail, and openness to new ideas and approaches.

Benefits:
