This position also offers valuable exposure to compliance operations within a national legal services environment. It is an excellent opportunity for an organized, proactive professional looking to develop a long-term career in compliance.

Accountabilities:

  • Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and internal stakeholders to obtain information, clarify requirements, and resolve outstanding requests.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance documentation quality, workflow efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
  • Perform additional administrative, coordination, and compliance-related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests, competing deadlines, and ongoing projects.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability, including the ability to follow established processes through completion and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify inconsistencies, investigate issues, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Experience in the legal industry, financial services, or another regulated environment is preferred.
