  • Identify and communicate discrepancies or potential quality concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Dependable, patient, and capable of maintaining consistent quality standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, specifications, and detailed instructions.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and safely handle materials of varying sizes and weights, with appropriate assistance or equipment.
  • Previous packaging or warehouse experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.

Preferred Experience We recognize that exceptional attention to detail can be developed in many different industries. Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

  • Retail Merchandising: Planogram specialists, reset merchandisers, visual merchandisers, and store setup personnel.
  • Manufacturing & Assembly: Electronics assemblers, production technicians, kitting specialists, and precision assembly workers.
