1.Helpdesk Support- first-line tech support with computers, laptops, scanners, & printers 2.Endpoint Support- configure and deploy computers and perform routine maintenance 3.Asset and Equipment Management- maintain inventory, track warranties 4.Department Support- assist IT staff with updates, document procedures, provide training
