What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and visual appeal in all baked items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area, following food safety regulations
• Monitor ingredient freshness and stock levels to ensure smooth production
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous baking experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train passionate candidates
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Availability for early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
