We're actively looking for Shift Leaders who are ready to take ownership of their shifts and help keep restaurant operations running smoothly.
Working alongside the management team, you'll oversee daily restaurant operations when the Assistant or General Manager is not on duty. You'll help motivate and coach team members, maintain high standards for food quality and customer service, keep the restaurant clean and organized, and ensure operations run efficiently. You'll also support restaurant profitability and execute Jimmy John's systems and procedures with 100% integrity. Previous restaurant or management experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidates who bring the right attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to grow.

Qualifications:
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic understanding of E-mail, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store
- Organized with strong aptitude in establishing priorities in the store with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with delegating tasks and coaching staff including sandwich makers and delivery drivers/bikers
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
- Ability to work a variety of daytime lunch, evening/night and weekend shifts
- Ability to work in a variety of local locations a plus
