The Opportunity:

Highly experienced electrician who also has strong training and instructional skills. This person will assist in the design of subject matter and deliver hands-on and classroom training for electricians, ensuring safety, skill development, and adherence to industry standards. The role offers a ground-floor opportunity to directly impact the electrification of homes.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and design comprehensive training programs for electricians.
• Deliver advanced classroom and hands-on training sessions.
• Create practical, real-world learning experiences to reinforce skills.
• Provide training on electrical safety standards and industry best practices.
• Conduct on-site field training to ensure proper application of skills.
• Mentor and guide electricians with diverse experience levels.
• Help accelerate the adoption of home electrification initiatives.

What You Bring:

• 10yr hands-on electrical experience.
• 10yr experience in training or instructional roles.
• Licensed Master Electrician.
• Skilled in managing both classroom and hands-on lab training.
• Proficient with electrical tools, equipment, and industry standards.
• Strong ability to motivate and manage personnel with diverse skills.
• Passion for safety, mentorship, and advancing home electrification.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $115,000 - $130,000 per annum
