Original job description

Join Jensen Infrastructure, a leader in innovative stormwater management solutions!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We are seeking a Project Manager - a pivotal role that bridges design, sales, production, and project execution. In this position, you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of projects spanning pump stations, stormwater systems, water assemblies, lined concrete products, and wall systems.

Reporting to our VP of Stormwater Solutions, you’ll oversee end-to-end project execution - from design and estimating to production coordination and field support. You’ll work cross-functionally with production teams to align schedules, communicate with customers, sales representatives, and engineers on project specifications, and coordinate with logistics teams in support of safe, timely deliveries.

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

Developing model assemblies and technical drawings to support project execution.
Estimating and quoting.
Creating submittal packages and assisting with production planning and procurement.
Managing sales orders via ERP; tracking client interactions via CRM.
Communicating with customers, engineers, and production teams.
Providing on-site field support.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments, bringing energy, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge. You take full ownership of complex projects, seeing them through from concept to completion with precision and pride. Your customer-first approach is at the heart of everything you do, and you’re known for your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and unwavering commitment to quality and safety - for both yourself and your team.

You’re not just looking for your next role, you’re looking to build a meaningful, long-term career. With expertise in stormwater systems, construction management, and business development, you’re ready to make a real impact at a company that values your contributions and invests in your future. At Jensen, you’ll be part of a team where everyone matters - and your work will help shape sustainable solutions for communities across the country.

You also possess the following:

Bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum of 3 years of experience in precast, construction, or building materials
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM systems and data management

ALL ABOUT JENSEN INFRASTRUCTURE

Like you, our founder, Don Jensen was looking for a way to support his family, so he started his Company in 1968. Since its founding, we’ve supported communities across Nevada, California, Arizona, Washington, Missouri, and Hawaii.

We lead the way in stormwater management, collaborating closely with engineers, contractors, and project owners to tackle the challenges of water quality and quantity. Our forward-thinking team combines deep technical knowledge with strategic problem-solving to deliver sustainable solutions that benefit both communities and the environment.

When you work at one of Jensen’s many locations, you will enjoy the close relationships and camaraderie of a small company while being part of a larger, well-established, growing company.

We are committed to ensuring employment practices that promote equal opportunities. Please let us know if you require any reasonable accommodations during your interview.

If there is an offer, the salary presented will consider several factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, training, and internal equity. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Jensen Infrastructure. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with match, PTO, and paid holidays.

This role may also be eligible to participate in the company’s annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program. (Incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
