Blade Operator\ Part-Time \| Hourly + Benefits

About the Role\ We are seeking an experienced Blade Operator to operate and maintain grading equipment on civil construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong grading skills, attention to detail, and experience working from plans and grade stakes.

Key Responsibilities\ -Operate blade/dozer equipment for grading and site preparation\ -Fine-grade roads, pads, slopes, and other surfaces\ -Read plans, grade stakes, and elevations\ -Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance\ -Maintain a safe and productive job site

Qualifications\ -Experience operating a blade/dozer required\ -Civil construction and grading experience preferred\ -Ability to read plans and work from grade stakes\ -Strong attention to detail and work ethic\ -Reliable and able to work outdoors
