Shop & Field Technicians

Job Responsibilities:

Performs basic/complex diagnostics on agricultural / small engine equipment to determine repairs Conducts basic/complex repairs on agricultural equipment as requested by the service manager Operates vehicles, tools, and equipment used in machinery pre-delivery and set up processes Participates in all job related training and development Prepares all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience performing service repairs Proven knowledge of methods, materials, tools and techniques used in the set up and repair of equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and can climb up and down on equipment as needed High School Diploma or GED equivalent
