- Lead project execution planning, establish project objectives and priorities, and coordinate project delivery activities from planning through closeout.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, financial performance, and key performance metrics.
- Direct and support multidisciplinary teams, including on-site Construction Management personnel, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and verify compliance with end-user requirements, contract requirements, and project objectives.
- Resolve issues and conflicts between contractors, CBP stakeholders, and project teams that impact scope, cost, schedule, quality, or operations.
- Coordinate and integrate facility, site, utility, infrastructure, and operational interfaces to support seamless project execution.

- Support procurement, contract administration, and vendor management activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, quality standards, CBP requirements, and Jacobs safety policies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks; lead readiness reviews, inspections, acceptance testing, facility turnover, and final handover activities.
- Travel to project and client sites as required and perform field oversight activities, including site inspections in active construction environments.
This role will be in various project locations throughout the Southwestern United States, including Arizona, Southern California, New Mexico and Texas.
