Original job description
Position Overview We are looking for a dependable, highly motivated, and experienced Executive Producer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, moves quickly, thinks big, and brings a strong ethical compass to everything they do. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes ownership, anticipates challenges, makes sound decisions, and knows how to turn creative ideas into successful brand experiences. We need someone who is resourceful, highly organized, solutions-driven, and comfortable managing multiple complex projects while maintaining a high level of accountability and professionalism. As the Executive Producer, you will lead the planning, production, logistics, and execution of experiential marketing programs, live events, brand activations, automotive experiences, and mobile marketing tours from concept through completion. This role requires someone who can balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail, manage budgets and timelines, build strong relationships, and confidently lead internal teams, vendors, and onsite staff. You will serve as a key point of contact between clients, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is not a desk-only role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being involved, can roll up their sleeves when needed, and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences.
