What You'll Do

As our Recruiter, you will lead recruiting efforts for our store locations, partnering with Store Managers and District Managers to attract, identify, and hire qualified candidates. You will manage the recruiting process from posting positions through offer acceptance, helping ensure our stores have the people they need to operate successfully.

Responsibilities:

• Manage job postings and recruiting efforts across multiple store locations.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to identify qualified applicants.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and store leadership, maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with Store Managers and District Managers to understand staffing needs, prioritize open positions, and fill vacancies.
• Proactively source candidates through iSolved, social media, community outreach, and other recruiting channels.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and track recruiting activity, open positions, and hiring progress.
• Build a positive candidate experience through timely follow-up and professional communication.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding activities to ensure employees complete required paperwork, documentation, and initial employment steps.
• Partner with Store Managers and District Managers to ensure new employees receive appropriate orientation, training, and support during their transition into their roles.
• Help coordinate and track new-hire training progress, ensuring required training is completed in a timely manner.
• Assist with developing and improving onboarding processes, training resources, and tools to create a consistent experience across all store locations.
• Follow up with new employees and store leadership to identify onboarding challenges, answer questions, and help improve employee retention.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting, onboarding, and training processes.

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and store leaders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open positions and priorities at once.
• Comfortable using online job boards, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location business.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine interest in helping people find the right job.
