Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. ** On-site in Prince George, VA**

This is a unique opportunity to help launch and scale a new advanced manufacturing facility producing large-scale electrical infrastructure and data center equipment. Products manufactured at this site will be shipping-container-sized systems weighing more than 50 tons and incorporating Medium Voltage (MV), Low Voltage (LV), power distribution, controls, and complex electrical assemblies.

As a founding member of the factory startup team, you will play a critical role in transforming an empty facility into a world-class manufacturing operation. The Site Engineering Manager will lead the development of manufacturing systems, production processes, facility layout, equipment deployment, workforce readiness, and operational excellence from the ground up.
