Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. ** On-site in Prince George, VA**

This is a unique opportunity to help launch and scale a new advanced manufacturing facility producing large-scale electrical infrastructure and data center equipment. Products manufactured at this site will be shipping-container-sized systems weighing more than 50 tons and incorporating Medium Voltage (MV), Low Voltage (LV), power distribution, controls, and complex electrical assemblies.

As a founding member of the factory startup team, you will play a critical role in transforming an empty facility into a world-class manufacturing operation. Working cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Facilities, and Customer teams, you will establish the manufacturing foundation required to successfully build complex electrical infrastructure products for hyperscale data center and power customers.
