Present technical and commercial solutions to customers, translating complex engineering concepts into compelling business value propositions.
Own the commercial process from initial engagement through contract execution, including pricing discussions, business case development, negotiations, and deal closure.
Negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and other commercial agreements while partnering closely with legal, procurement, and finance teams.
Maintain customer engagement throughout project execution, partnering with project management and engineering teams to ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are met.
Conduct regular business reviews with customers and identify opportunities for follow-on projects, account expansion, and long-term strategic partnerships.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, embedded systems innovations, and AI-driven software development practices to identify new business opportunities.
