• Sign-On Bonus: $4,000
• Pay Structure: $0.57 – $0.59 per mile (CPM) base rate
• Monthly Bonus: Additional $0.03 per mile monthly performance bonus
• Daily Mileage: High-mileage local routes averaging 440+ miles per day
• Schedule: Monday – Friday night shift starting at 6:00 PM (Home Daily)
• Freight: 100% No-Touch Freight
• Operating Radius: Within 250 miles of Plymouth, IN
• Equipment: Slip seat day cab operation
• Employment Status: Full-time W-2 employee

Qualifications & Requirements
