Plant Manager

J-Lenco is a manufacturer of riser sleeves and cores for the foundry industry. Our products are designed to optimize castings for the rail, mining, infrastructure, defense, and automotive industries. We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations in our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving operational efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and effectively communicating with others. Key Responsibilities · Oversee daily operations, including production scheduling, maintenance, safety, and overall plant operations. · Ensure quality standards are maintained. · Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste. · Monitor KPI's, productivity, and machine utilization. · Manage staffing, training, and employee performance. · Support quoting, cost control, and overall plant profitability.
