What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, database development, data integration, or a related field Demonstrated success designing and supporting enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, lakehouses, and cloud-based data solutions Advanced expertise in SQL, Python, data modeling, relational databases, and modern integration practices Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and enterprise integrations across multiple business applications Strong understanding of data governance, quality management, security, and architecture best practices Proven ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into practical data solutions Located in or willing to work from Madison or Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Hybrid/Remote) What You\'ll Do As a Sr. Data Architect Engineer, you\'ll lead the strategy, design, and development of enterprise data solutions that support business operations, analytics, artificial intelligence initiatives, and data-driven decision making.
