Original job description
- Research user behavior, multilingual communication patterns, language accessibility needs, and digital interaction trends to develop functional and user-centered web and digital interface solutions for AI-assisted translation and multilingual communication platforms.Design and develop responsive web and mobile digital interfaces, including multilingual travel portals, translation-enabled applications, customer dashboards, audio guide systems, and interactive tourism service platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, interface layouts, navigation structures, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard web and digital interface design tools.
- Conduct usability testing, accessibility evaluations, user experience research, and interface performance analysis to improve functionality, responsiveness, and user engagement across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, localization teams, and marketing personnel to ensure interface consistency, technical feasibility, multilingual usability, and seamless integration of digital products.
- Develop and maintain scalable digital design systems, visual interface standards, branding elements, icon libraries, and style guidelines for web-based and mobile-based applications.
- Analyze customer feedback, competitor interfaces, tourism technology developments, and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancing digital functionality, interface performance, and overall user experience.
- Prepare detailed interface specifications, technical design documentation, implementation guidelines, and visual assets for software development teams and third-party vendors.
- Modify and optimize web and digital interface designs based on usability testing results, stakeholder feedback, technical requirements, and evolving operational objectives.
- Present interface concepts, interactive prototypes, usability findings, and digital design recommendations to management and cross-functional teams to support product development and implementation decisions.
- Coordinate the visual appearance, navigation flow, accessibility compliance, and functional consistency of customer-facing web and mobile digital platforms.
- Participate in the development and integration of AI-assisted translation interfaces, interactive digital tools, and multilingual user experience solutions to enhance customer engagement and platform usability.
