Warehouse Associate

Isto Biologics, a growing, 100% biologics-focused company committed to helping patients heal faster by providing a range of advanced solutions to surgeons of varying specialties, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join their Carlsbad team.

Position Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Movement and organization of raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods between warehouse and production areas.
• Documenting activities in an ERP system to ensure the traceability of all parts and lots.
• Shipping and finished goods distribution to customers.
• Receiving and inspection of raw materials.
• Conducting inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory levels.
• Organization and cleanliness of warehouse.
• Operating a forklift.
• Operating to applicable areas of the Quality System as required by the Company’s Training Matrix.

Qualifications

Education and Required Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision (self-starter)
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Quick learner
• Willing and able to take direction

Full time, in-office

Location: Carlsbad, CA

Salary: $27.90 - $28.30 per hour
