The Procurement Analyst (Indirect) supports the sourcing and management of non-production goods and services across IREN, including supporting Travel & Expense, Professional Services, and IT/software services. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Operations (P2P), this role turns spend, contract, purchase order, and supplier data into decisions that improve cost, compliance, and supplier performance. The analyst owns indirect spend analytics, savings tracking, procure-to-pay compliance reporting, and sourcing-event support, and partners with category managers, Finance, and business stakeholders as IREN's AI infrastructure footprint scales.
With 100% renewable energy, we build, own and operate our data centers and take pride in being at the forefront of sustainable solutions for the ever-evolving applications of high performance compute. We believe that human progress is invaluable, but it should be done in the right way - responsibly, sustainably and having a positive impact on the communities we operate in.

Other important requirements · Pre-employment screening, including background check and substance testing may be required according to company policies. · This is a hybrid role; a reliable home-office setup and internet connection are required, along with availability for core collaboration hours across U.S. time zones. · Occasional domestic travel to supplier sites, data centers, and team or industry events may be required.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. · 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, procure-to-pay operations, supply chain, or financial analysis, with exposure to indirect categories. · Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modelling) and experience with spend-analytics or Business Intelligence tools · Working knowledge of the source-to-pay process, including contract basics, requisition-to-PO workflows, and invoice-to-pay. · Experience with an ERP or P2P platform (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle) and supplier master-data processes. · Strong attention to detail and the ability to reconcile data from multiple systems and sources. · Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting analysis and systems trainings to non-technical stakeholders. · Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team across time zones. · Experience supporting indirect spend within a hyperscaler, cloud provider, technology company, or AI infrastructure environment preferred; a procurement certification (CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
