We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Grinder Operator to join our team at our Pineville 2 Molding Plant, Pineville, NC. This role reports to the Process Supervisor and is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $24.76 an hour Schedule: 12-hour shifts (4 days on, 4 days off), 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM Bi-weekly pay Competitive pay and benefits Safe, team-oriented work environment

Core Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Maintain quality and productivity standards Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies Wear required PPE and participate in safety programs Report safety concerns, hazards, and incidents promptly Maintain a clean and organized work area Attend required meetings and training sessions Support team goals and continuous improvement initiatives Perform other duties as assigned
