Our client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VOIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams. ** ** Tasks - Data analysis - Writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions - Conducting research - Creating procedures to improve the existing systems - Providing training and support to users - Writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables. ## Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: - Must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. - Applies proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project - Ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications.
