What You'll Do

• Operate excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment (yellow iron)
• Load transfer trailers and move waste materials efficiently
• Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Maintain safe operations in a fast-paced transfer station environment
• Follow site safety standards and operating procedures
• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• 2+ years of heavy equipment operating experience
• Excavator, loader, or yellow iron experience required
• Waste, recycling, landfill, demolition, or construction experience preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Strong safety record and work ethic
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
