The Cybersecurity Architect Intern will support the team's work on security standards and best practices, with exposure to emerging security topics.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Cybersecurity Architecture team in reviewing security standards and evaluating vendors and tools under senior engineer guidance
  • Analyze security tool configurations and research emerging topics like agentic AI, cloud security, and post-quantum cryptography
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and maintain documentation from design reviews
  • Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned

  • Solid grasp of core security concepts (networking, IAM, cryptography), basic scripting or programming experience (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell), and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control (Git/GitHub)
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to document technical findings clearly and work collaboratively across teams
  • Exposure to security tooling (SAST/SCA, firewalls, etc.) is a plus
