Programmer Analyst

We have a new opportunity with the State of Indiana – Child Welfare System for an Applications Systems Analyst/Programmer (Master Data Management team). Please review the details below and confirm your interest.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Applications Systems Analyst/Programmer – MDM Team

• Location: Indiana (Candidate must be currently located in Indiana)

• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)

• Contract: Long-term

• Pay Range: $35.06 – $41.20/hr (W2)

• Background Check: Fingerprint and background check required prior to start

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive/dynamic BI reports.
• Maintain and enhance current reports.
• Integrate data from various sources into a unified system.
• Assist in design and implementation of Master Data Management solutions.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and data quality issues.
• Adhere to SQL development best practices.
• Communicate progress weekly with supervisors.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of IT experience
• 4+ years in Data Analytics & Reporting
• 4+ years with PostgreSQL & SQL Server
• 4+ years programming (T-SQL, PL/pgSQL, etc.)
• 4+ years with ETL/SSIS & Data Migration
• 4+ years with Master Data Management
• 4+ years with SSRS (deployment, scheduling, security)
• 1+ year with Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence)

Highly Desired:

• Database design/schema creation
• SSAS, Tableau, Power BI
