Job Description:

Shape the Future of Semiconductor Supply Chains At Intel Foundry, we're building one of the world's most advanced semiconductor manufacturing ecosystems. We're looking for a Supply Chain Architect to join our Supply Chain Enablement (SCE) team and play a critical role in designing the next generation of end-to-end supply chain capabilities. In this highly visible role, you will partner with leaders across business, operations, manufacturing, and technology organizations to transform how Intel plans, manufactures, and delivers products to customers worldwide. If you're passionate about solving complex supply chain challenges, driving large-scale transformation, and influencing enterprise-wide strategy, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do As a Supply Chain Architect, you will help define and deliver Intel's future-state supply chain operating model by:

  • Developing the long-term vision, capabilities, and transformation roadmap for Intel Foundry's supply chain.
  • Designing end-to-end supply chain processes spanning demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing, inventory management, fulfillment, logistics, and supplier collaboration.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, Trade, Customer Fulfillment, and IT to align business needs with scalable solutions.
  • Leading cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities, define future-state processes, and establish operational best practices.
  • Translating business strategies and customer requirements into integrated business capabilities, technology solutions, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Evaluating process, data, and technology solutions using service, cost, risk, inventory, and operational performance metrics.
  • Establishing architecture standards and governance to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Driving continuous improvement through analytics, Lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and industry best practices.
  • Supporting enterprise transformation initiatives by identifying dependencies, mitigating risks, and enabling successful adoption of new capabilities.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader on modern supply chain architecture and semiconductor industry best practices.

What Makes You Successful We're looking for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys connecting strategy with execution.

Key Strengths

  • Strong systems thinking and advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex business and technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proven success in influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Customer-focused mindset with exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Adaptability and drive to lead through ambiguity and change.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor foundry supply chain standards.

Qualifications:

Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications. Preferred qualifications are additional considerations.

Please Note: This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, planning, manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, or semiconductor operations.
  • Experience designing, implementing, or integrating solutions across multiple supply chain functions, such as:
  • Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing Operations, Order Management, Logistics & Distribution, Supplier Collaboration, or Customer Fulfillment
  • Experience defining complex business requirements and translating them into business processes, systems, or enterprise solutions.
  • Experience supporting large-scale implementations from design through deployment and operational stabilization.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise supply chain platforms, data models, integrations, and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience developing business architectures, capability models, operating models, or transformation roadmaps.
  • Experience within semiconductor manufacturing, foundry operations, or other complex global supply chain environments.
  • Knowledge of ERP, APS, planning, manufacturing, or supply chain execution systems.
  • Experience leading digital transformation or supply chain modernization initiatives.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM, TOGAF, Business Architecture, or related certifications.

Why Join Intel Foundry? This is a unique opportunity to help design and transform the supply chain that powers the next generation of semiconductor innovation.
