Project Architect - Cleveland, OH - JOB 26-00768 Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits Hiring a licensed Project Architect for an established Cleveland A&E firm to lead commercial, residential, and senior living projects from schematic design through construction administration. Responsibilities • Advance drawings from schematics to full construction documents under a Senior Project Manager. • Direct and mentor architectural interns on drafting and detailing. • Lead coordination with clients, consultants (MEP/structural/civil), and contractors. • Manage construction administration: site visits, submittals, RFIs, and project meetings. • Prepare graphic presentation materials and ensure adherence to internal CAD/BIM standards. Requirements • NAAB-accredited Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture; active Registered Architect (RA) license. • 5+ years of experience in commercial, residential, or senior living sectors. • High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop. • Strong command of building systems, CSI specifications, accessibility (ADA), and building codes. • Excellent multitasking, organization, and communication skills.
