Plant Manager - Canton, OH - JOB 26-00792 Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits Seeking an experienced Plant Manager for a manufacturing facility in Canton, Ohio. Responsibilities • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state environmental regulations; lead incident investigations and corrective actions. • Direct plant operations for the iron foundry, centrifugal casting lines, heat treatment, and CNC machine shop • Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to minimize scrap, improve yield • Ensure strict adherence to customer metallurgical specifications and ISO quality standards. • Oversee maintenance programs, minimize downtime across foundry machinery, CNC systems, and plant infrastructure • Manage P&L, operating budgets, control labor, material, and utility costs while driving capital improvement (CapEx) Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Operations Management • 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, 5 years as a Plant Manager or Senior Operations Manager. • Background in iron foundry operations, metal casting, metallurgy, or heavy industrial manufacturing; experience with large CNC/manual machining operations • Strong background in Lean/Six Sigma, ERP/MRP platforms, ISO quality frameworks, and OSHA/EPA compliance. • Ability to build collaborative teams Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan, Company Match • Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
