Role Summary

Job Title: Conflicts Analyst

Location: Hybrid/Remote, US

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Duration: 6 weeks (with potential for extension)

Role Summary

Integreon is partnering with a key client to build a team of experienced Conflicts Analysts for a short-term, high-impact assignment. This is a hybrid/remote role offering the opportunity to work on complex conflict checks and client-facing matters within a dynamic professional services environment.

Given the client-facing nature of this role, some flexibility will be required to accommodate client calls during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform conflicts checks for new clients, matters, and related parties
• Analyse results to identify and assess potential conflicts and risks
• Determine whether to clear, escalate, or hold matters based on findings
• Accurately document analysis and decisions within the conflicts system
• Manage high volumes of requests with strong attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with legal and internal stakeholders
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Education and Experience

• Required:
• Prior experience in conflicts research and analysis within a law firm or similar environment
• Strong working knowledge of conflicts systems (preferably Intapp Open)
• Solid understanding of legal conflicts and risk assessment principles
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Law firm mergers, acquisitions, and combinations.
• Lateral partner and attorney hires.
• Law firm closures, firm dissolutions, office closures, and practice group transitions.
• Integration of attorneys, clients, and matters following mergers, acquisitions, or organizational restructures.
