CNC Milling Operator

POSITION: CNC Milling Operator LOCATION: Zelienople, PA PAY: $22-$25/hr (based on experience) TYPE: Temp To Hire SHIFTS AVAILABLE: . 1st: 7:00 AM-3:15 PM . 2nd: 3:00 PM-11:15 PM . 3rd: 11:00 PM-7:15 AM Benefits After Probation: UPMC Medical (70% paid), Dental, Vision, Life & Disability, 401k with match, 8 paid holidays + holiday bonuses Job Duties . Program tooling using CAM software . Operate CNC milling machine via computer panel . Verify measurements and quality specifications . Document job and quality information (paper & computer) . Read work instructions and follow production requirements . Maintain clean, organized work area . Follow all safety protocols . Perform additional duties as needed Physical Requirements . Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods . Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs (more with assistance) . Exposure to dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures . Use of PPE: gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, steel-toed boots Qualifications . High school diploma or GED preferred . 1+ year CNC machining experience (steel service center preferred) . Knowledge of fixtures . Familiarity with G- and M-Codes . Ability to operate required machinery and tools . Must pass background check and drug test Join a stable company with great local reputation.
