- Support acquisition planning, budget execution, funding coordination, and resource assessments in collaboration with government program leadership and functional teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination to resolve technical, logistical, contractual, and programmatic issues affecting product development, integration, and delivery.
- Participate in and support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Change Control Boards (CCBs), technical interchange meetings, program management reviews, design reviews, and acquisition milestone reviews.
- Coordinate and support developmental and operational test planning, test readiness activities, system verification, acceptance testing, discrepancy resolution, and evaluation of system performance against established requirements.
- Support configuration management and change control activities to evaluate the impacts of proposed technical or programmatic changes on system performance, interoperability, cost, and schedule.
- Coordinate with systems engineering personnel to ensure requirements, architecture, interfaces, and integration activities remain aligned with operational needs and program objectives.
- Support implementation and assessment of Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) principles to promote interoperability, adaptability, and future capability growth.
- Assist with transition planning from development and integration into production, fielding, operational deployment, and sustainment.
- Support compliance with applicable Department of War and Army acquisition policies, technical standards, cybersecurity requirements, and program-specific security procedures, including ITAR, COMSEC, and OPSEC, as applicable.
- Prepare and present programmatic and technical briefings, execution updates, integrated status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to government leadership and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate program documentation, action item trackers, decision logs, schedules, and other management tools to support execution, accountability, and leadership decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve program integration, communication, workflow efficiency, risk management, and timely delivery of capabilities to operational users.
