Partner with Project Management and Engineering to ensure procurement has clear, timely, and executable requirements.
Coordinate with Logistics and Warehousing on transportation, delivery constraints, staging, and site requirements.
Attend weekly cross-functional project reviews and report out on procurement statuses, risks, and mitigation plans.

Ensure purchasing activity follows approved suppliers, negotiated agreements, delegated authority, and Procurement policy.
Engage Category Management when sourcing decisions requires strategic/category ownership.
Support project cost visibility and identify opportunities for cost avoidance or commercial improvement.
Maintain appropriate procurement documentation and system records.
