Program Coordinator

CASEWV, Inc. is seeking applicants for Program Coordinator for the WV Home Energy Rebate Program. The Program Coordinator is the agency's primary point of contact for the initiative, ensuring efficient program delivery, compliance with federal and state guidelines, and superior customer service. This role involves managing the end-to-end consumer application process, maintaining robust compliance, reporting procedures, and fostering collaborative relationships with community partners and stakeholders to expand the program's reach and impact. A bachelors degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience, professional experience in program coordination or similar role, and has demonstrated experience in customer service, compliance management, or stakeholder engagement is required.
