Xamarin/Maui Mobile Application Developer

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Mobile Application Developer to assist with the modernization of a municipality client's mobile application. The consultant will work with client's staff to complete the migration of the existing Xamarin-based mobile application to .NET Maui and update the application to meet current Apple App Store and Google Play publishing requirements. The app is 75% complete in its migration to .NET Maui.

Skills and Requirements

• Microsoft .NET Programming (C#, Maui)
• JavaScript Programming
• Web Services Development (including REST API)
• Mobile Application Deployment and Publishing (iOS and Android)
• ESRI Suite of development tools highly desirable
• Understanding of Git Source Control (Git / SVN) *Has their own Mac for testing OK working EST hours Previous experience migrating a mobile app from Xamarin to .net Maui Has their own Mac for testing
