Job Description
Day to Day Insight Global is looking for an Adobe Workfront Administrator responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of Adobe Workfront, ensuring the platform remains stable, scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with Marketing business processes.
Key responsibilities
Workfront administration and governance
- Administer and configure Workfront, including users, groups, teams, job roles, access levels, layout templates, request queues, routing rules, custom forms, approvals, statuses, and system settings. These responsibilities align closely with the operating model already defined for the Workfront Admin role.
- Maintain platform health, configuration standards, naming conventions, documentation, and change records.
- Support sandbox testing, UAT, regression testing, and production releases.
- Perform regular platform housekeeping across reports, forms, templates, users, teams, and other configuration objects.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate escalation to Adobe or IT when required. Process and solution design
- Translate Marketing business requirements and workflows into scalable Workfront configurations and solutions.
- Identify process gaps, recurring support issues, and opportunities for standardization or automation.
- Advise teams on how processes should be represented within Workfront rather than simply reproducing inefficient offline processes.
- Support governance decisions around projects, programs, portfolios, templates, metadata, reporting, and user experience. Adobe ecosystem
- Understand how Workfront fits within the broader Adobe MarTech ecosystem.
- Collaborate with AEM and other Adobe product teams on workflow, metadata, asset-management, and integration requirements.
- Support cross-platform use cases and help define appropriate system boundaries and handoffs.
- Ideally understand Workfront Fusion concepts and integration/automation opportunities. Your internal operating model specifically identifies collaboration between the Workfront Administrator and Fusion/integration specialists. User support and adoption
- Provide advanced Workfront support and guidance.
- Maintain administrator documentation and support enablement materials.
- Identify recurring user issues and recommend permanent fixes rather than relying only on individual support interventions.
- Support continuous UX improvements and adoption.
