Responsibilities will include managing complex workers' compensation claims, ensuring fair and efficient resolution while maintaining compliance with state regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling indemnity claims, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with medical and legal professionals. This candidate will be handling a dedicated client desk.

5 Years of Worker's Compensation Claims Adjusting Experience Specifically Indemnity/Lost Time Experience with TX, OK, LA, MS and AL
